Hi, I'm Latasha Sukhu Cleary, founder of 7Sages Coaching & Consulting. I started this practice because I believe organizations perform best when the people running them lead with both expertise and wisdom — and when the systems supporting them are built with intention, not urgency.
The name 7Sages began with my love of the night sky. As a little girl and throughout my life, no matter where I was in the world, I could look up at the night sky and find the Big Dipper — also known to me as the Saptarishi, the seven wise sages and progenitors of Hindu culture. It became an unwavering constant in my life. The Saptarishi weren't just a constellation — they were the seers who received the foundational wisdom of existence and transmitted it to humanity. The seventh, Vashishtha, was the Rajaguru — the trusted advisor and guide to great kings. His wisdom wasn't the kind that lived in towers. It walked alongside leaders through crisis and complexity, constantly thinking steps ahead while others simply reacted. When I sat down to name this business, I thought about what had been unwavering and inspiring in my own life — and I decided to reach for the stars. 7Sages was built with the belief that the best leadership comes from expanding our capability and allowing wisdom to navigate the way forward.
